When is PAX?
PAX 2010 already occurred early in September and admissions were sold out in early August. The PAX website does not currently display info about PAX 2010.
You may have already stumbled upon this list, but in case you haven't, wikipedia has a very comprehensive list of all (or most) worldwide indi-film fest's - when they are held and where, by continent. (There's a few in London, UK - that'd be cool)

This is very cool! Now we just need to figure out which ones would be friendly to our movie.
Ya, many have links to their own sites for more info. I hear ya, some are geared toward certain genre's more than others, it looks like. I was reading that Seattle's own SIFF is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest in North America (as far as sheer numbers of films showcased) I have some spare time - I'll poke through the list and see how many may be "Kick @ss Sci-Fi - Awesome Adventure Movie!" friendly. : )
You are the dude! Thank you.

Isaac, thank you! I'll check these out. Not sure the "Science Fiction + Fantasy Short Film Festival" is a fit. Project London is a feature length movie.
This may be a bit short notice, but have you considered the MCM Expo? In London too. I'll be there!

This looks interesting. We can't attend this year, but maybe next year. We'll see! Thank you!
I would suggest GenCon Indy in August. I know it is primarily a gaming convention but it would be a great place to screen a cross-interest audience. :)
NYC ComicCon (plus shameless plug for a great webcomic by Warren Ellis - I'm talkin' to you, Dr. McCoy)
