Hey everyone, after you register on projectlondon.net, the first thing you should do is to create a Project London Interview. We have a standard set of Project London-related questions for you to answer and it's lot of fun.
This is something we have already done with a lot of the cast and crew so if you've already done one, no worries, it has already been migrated to this site.
Here's instructions for creating an interview:
1 - Click on
"Blogs" at the top of the screen just underneath the "gunz a blazin'" picture of Nebraska, Xing, Benin & Jerry.
2 - On the blogs page, click on
"Add a Blog Post". This link is pretty nearly underneath the "Blogs" link at the top of the page.
3 - The Post Title should be "Interview: Your Name". So if your name is Voilodian Ghagnasdiak, then the title should be, "Interview: Voilodian Ghagnasdiak".
4 - The "Entry" text box is where you put the interview picture and the interview itself. There are some icons at the top of this text box for formatting, links and stuff.
5 - The second icon from the far right is the "Add An Image" icon. Click on it to add a photo or representative graphic of yourself. The image must not exceed 450 pixels in width or you will make my brother Phil mad. You don’t want to make him mad.
Make sure the image is on your computer before you choose to "Add an Image". Once you click on the icon, it will bring up a box where you can choose to "Upload an image". Click browse to bring up a file browser to find it on your computer.
When done, hit "Add" and the magic will happen.
After you hit Add, there will be some HTML at the top of the text box. That's expected. Just place your cursor at the end of it and hit enter a couple of times.
Moving on.
6 - Answer each of the following interview questions. First paste the question and then hit return and write your answer. Skip a space between your answer and the next question.
One other thing. Highlight each question and then click on the
B (Boldface) icon on the far left. This will surround the question with boldface tags. To illustrate, if you select:
What is your name?
and click on the
B icon it will make it look like this:
<b>What is your name?</b>
This is expected. do not worry. We want all of the questions to be boldface and all of the answers to not be boldface.
Here are the questions:
----
What is your name?
How old are you and why?
What got you started in film work?
What are you working on in the movie?
What are your favorite movies?
What would your mom say about Project London, the movie?
What super power would you choose and why?
What super power do you actually have?
What are your favorite bands and/or albums?
If there were tigers roaming the streets and you had to defend
yourself, what weapon would you choose?
What would you like to tell us about yourself that we didn't ask?
What question are you glad we didn't ask?
----
7 - After you get the interview in there, it's useful to add some tags so your interview can be found more easily in the future when projectlondon.net is a giant site with lots of info. The tags we use are:
interview, "your name", "project london"
Tags need to be separated by commas and if there are two words, the words need to be quoted as shown. So for example, my interview tags were:
interview, "nathan mccoy", "project london"
I used lower case to be cool, like phil. You can choose to conform or rebel.
8 - You can choose to post the blog dated "now" or, for those that already did an interview, you can put in the date the interview showed up on subjectc.com. If you put in a future date, the blog post will show up on that future date. Your call.
9 - you can preview your post before you submit it if you wish. There's a button for that. It's a good button.
10 - Here is a
link to my interview. If yours is formatted like mine, with the picture at the top and the questions boldface and a space between each question, then you've done it right, congratulations! If you're having difficulty with this, just email me at rhialto@subjectc.com.
That's it - have fun!
